Mag. Barbara Guzina is a tax consultant with many years of experience gained in particular during her time as the director of the tax and legal consulting department with the international audit and consulting company Deloitte in Slovenia and abroad. She was working in the Netherlands on international restructuring and transfer pricing documentation for several large global corporations. During her time in Portugal she focused on tax planning for international enterprises and tax optimisation within EU and elsewhere.
She holds a title of a court appointed expert for taxes and was appointed as an arbitrator for transfer prices by the Slovene government. She is a lecturer and an author of various articles and manuals in the field of tax. She is considered a leading expert in the field of forensic audit, corporate restructuring, due diligence and corporate taxation, banking and other business transactions.
