Irena Vujasinovič is a Master of Laws who graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. She is also a Master of Economics from Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.
She specialises in the field of due dilligence, congruity of business, preparation of commercial contracts and status-related commercial matters. The field of due dilligence is especially important for our clients, because before preparing yearly reports, selling or buying a certain company or parts of a certain company, and in establishing the level of responsibility of bodies of corporate governance, it allows them a professional and objective basis for their final decision.
