Martin Dolinar is a Master of Laws of Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana and he has also has a bar exam. During his studies, he was one of the best students of his generation. His broad professional experience comes from a background of working in the judiciary system and also working in the attorneys’ field. He speaks English, German and Croatian fluently.
